What this covers

These terms apply to itswildox.com. They are between you and Wild Ox, also known as It's Wild Ox, a software development company at 3750 Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers, Florida. Using the site means you accept them.

They do not cover work we do for clients. That runs on a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timeline and ownership. Where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Prices you see here

Where the site names a price range, it is there to tell you the order of magnitude before you call. It is not a quote and not an offer. What a project actually costs depends on what it is, and you get that in writing before anything starts.

What is ours

The design, the text, the code and the Wild Ox name and logo belong to us. The screenshots in the portfolio show work we built; the brands, logos and photographs in them belong to those clients.

You are welcome to link to any page here. Copying the content to pass off as your own is not welcome, and neither is reusing a client's brand from our portfolio.

Using the site

Do not try to break it, overload it, get into parts of it that are not public, or use the contact form to send bulk or misleading messages. Nothing here should need saying, but it is worth writing down.

Other people's sites

We link to the sites we built and to our own social profiles. Once you follow one of those links you are somewhere we do not control, and we are not responsible for what is there.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We keep it working and accurate as best we can, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose of yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it.

None of this limits anything we owe a client under a signed agreement.

Which law applies

Florida law, since that is where the company is registered and operates.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. Carrying on using the site after that means the new version applies.
