Las Pisadas del Maestro Foundation

The challenge

The foundation was already feeding families, showing up for them and running service days across Fort Myers, and almost nobody outside the neighbourhood knew it. Work that good is what convinces someone to give money or a Saturday, but only if they can see it. It needed a place to show what it does, say who it is, and make giving or volunteering easy once someone is moved to.

What we built

One site that puts the work in front of the visitor: photographs of volunteers cooking and delivering, the programs explained plainly, and the mission and vision behind them. Each program has its own page with amounts to choose from, so a visitor never has to work out how to help. Everything reads the same in English and Spanish, because the people who fund this work and the families who receive it do not share a language.

What was delivered

• ▸A clear route for volunteering, not just for donating
• ▸The whole site in English and Spanish, not a translated afterthought
• ▸Each language on its own address, so someone searching in English lands on the English page instead of a translated guess
